Chile and more.....

I would like to send my thoughts and prayers out out to the Nation of Chile. They are a grand and THE most hospitable people in the world, as far as I know. I don't know if I will be able to make it back there anytime soon or not which is unfortunate. But I am glad to know that the will rebuild their nation back stronger than it has ever been.


I would also like to ask you for prayers for myself also. I have almost declared my major; I just need a few signatures and a few more things on the sheet and I am done. I am now, unofficially a Commerce, Language, and Culture major, or CLC, which is an International Studies major. I will have had many classes in the areas of business, Spanish, and Spanish Culture. That being said I will have to go study abroad. Maybe Spain, Argentina, or or maybe even Chile. But I would like to experience something new so maybe not Chile. But who knows. Thats not my main worry however, I do have to pay for all of this and that will take some time to save up the money for it. The average cost of a trip is $5000 for the times I need to go. Thats quite a bit of money out of pocket. There are a few international studies scholarships and grants but that won't cover it all. Therefore, its going to be a long journey from now until next summer, which is when I have to go abroad. Pray for me that I will be able to pay for going abroad and expanding my horizons.
